I recently stayed at Hafan, a stunning log cabin just outside Hay-on-Wye in Glasbury, to celebrate my partner’s birthday, and it was an unforgettable experience! Louise, the host, was absolutely fantastic—brilliant at communicating from the moment we booked and so warm and welcoming upon arrival. The cabin itself was spotless, beautifully presented, and filled with thoughtful touches. The amenities were exceptional, and the private hot tub was the perfect place to relax while soaking in the incredible views of the surrounding mountains. We also loved the beautiful walk to the Begwns National Trust area, which offered breathtaking scenery and a peaceful escape. If you’re looking for a luxurious and tranquil getaway, Hafan is the place to be. Highly recommended!

We had such a lovely stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Wales! The property was spotless, cosy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. The setting was peaceful and surrounded by stunning countryside, making it the perfect place to unwind. The highlight for us was definitely the hot tub – nothing beats soaking under the stars after a day of exploring. Our hosts were fantastic too – welcoming, responsive, and full of great local tips. It’s the kind of place you instantly feel at home in. . We’re already talking about coming back. Highly recommended!

We had a fabulous stay at Hafan, we couldn’t fault it at all. Louise was the perfect host and the accommodation was even better than we expected. We felt so relaxed waking up to the beautiful views every morning and relaxing in the very private hot tub in the evening. The area was just beautiful, Louise recommend a fantastic walk up to “The Roundabout” at Begwyns and we had a great meal at Foyles. We also spent the day in Hay on Wye which was a gorgeous little town with lots to do. We can’t recommend this place enough. Thanks again Louise

We had an absolute amazing three night break here whilst attending the Royal Welsh show. It really was such a little gem 💎 and soo peaceful and relaxing. It was lovely to be able to return after being in the hustle and bustle of the show and be able to relax in the amazing hot tub. We would definitely return again.
