This place is perfect for a short get away with zero distractions. Peaceful and private. The host is amazing and greeted us on arrival with fresh eggs from their own chickens. 100% recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

Our stay at Hafan was brilliant! The accommodation felt luxurious but homely and cosy at the same time. Location was perfect, with amazing views and only a short drive from the beautiful town of Hay. The hot tub was a lovely touch and much needed after days out exploring the Brecon Beacons. Lou was a fantastic host and gave us some great recommendations. Can’t wait to visit again!

We had a Fabulous visit to Hafan and would highly recommend it. The location is beautiful and accommodation itself was extremely welcoming and homely. Louise was a great host, really responsive to any questions we had.

Stayed at Hafan for a couple of nights as a couple. We really enjoyed our stay and frankly did not want to leave! The place was immaculate. Lots of attention to detail and effort from the hosts to go above and beyond which were extremely appreciated and made us feel special. We were blessed with the weather which enhanced the already superb views from the property and visits to the local areas (including swimming in rivers). The information about the surrounding areas was in abundance and allowed us to make use of our time in the area. Everything you could hope for and need in a staycation getaway. We will be recommending this listing to family/friends/anyone who will listen. We have made so many memories and thank you to Louise & Brian for being such great hosts.
